Strive for 4's and 5's.  Believe in yourselves, because I do.
EOG review time:
  • We have been in EOG review for the last week.  We will continue over the next two weeks.  We will be completing packets using Common Core reading strategies of text to text which means that the students will be reading from COACH books golden edition and then answering questions directly from the book.  This ensures that the students will be getting the full information and not just what they think is important.  This strategy is helping students understand that reading the whole passage is important and not just reading for the answer.
  • I will be listing below different readings, etc. that they can go over for review.  I am doing it this way, as not all students are missing the same concepts or questions and I want to make sure that the review is tailored to their needs..
  • I recommend that students go back over each quarter under the more section at the top of the tool bar above.  This has a lot of the information they were given in class along with videos that they were shown in class.  This will help also in review for the concepts that they still do not understand.
  • Notebooks, if kept up to date with all information, are extremely valuable.  Students can go back and review, notes, foldables, etc that will help in review.

On separate pages under this tab you will find EOG review by quarters.  There are readings, and activities that you can use to review on the concepts you may not be clear on.  Thanks to Ms. Barton's website.
